What is Trophi?

Trophi is a fitness tracking app for iOS. It helps you log workouts with precision, track your estimated 1RM, and monitor progress over time.

Is Trophi available on Android?

Trophi is currently available exclusively on iOS. We're exploring Android development and will announce any updates on our blog and social channels.

Is Trophi free to use?

Trophi offers a free tier with core tracking features. Premium features like detailed analytics, unlimited workout history, and shareable stat cards are available with a Trophi Pro subscription.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Trophi Pro subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or by contacting Apple Support directly.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please select "Account Deletion" as the subject in the contact form below and send us a request. We'll process your deletion within 30 days. Please cancel any active subscriptions separately through Apple.

App Usage

Can I import data from other apps?

Currently, Trophi does not support importing data from other fitness apps. We're working on integration options and will update users when this feature becomes available.

My data isn't syncing. What should I do?

First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and are signed in to your account. Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below and we'll help troubleshoot.
