1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trophi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trophi is a mobile fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts and track estimated one-rep max (1RM) calculations.

The App is available on supported mobile platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Trophi offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions managed by Apple via the App Store. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are subject to Apple’s in-app purchase terms and conditions.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the App, including workout data, text inputs, and photos.

By submitting content to the App, you grant Trophi a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality, including workout tracking, progress visualization, and user-requested sharing features.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including its software, design, visual elements, and branding are owned by Trophi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Where reasonably possible, we will provide prior notice of such termination.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to access and use the App will cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trophi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
